Do we have an Adult in the Room?

Roomer Room

Awhile ago I had the chance to talk to the County Executive Jim Ladwig about Reef Point Marnia, during that meeting he brought up Rootworks , we talked about that and the Uptown or as I call it *The Pit of Death”

My worry was well what I see as massive misspending by the City on silly projects when we not only have no money but its costing us more to issue Bonds as a City and that cost could go up as Racine sinks further into the Quick Sand that is misspending by Mayor John “I just want to be somebody”  Dickert

Like the $$ for the City Hall Bathrooms and how I saw a Pal of the Mayor making bank and my worries that the same would happen with Rootworks.  The best idea for the Uptown I thought was to Bulldoze it, then use Flamethrowers.

Mr Ladwig said the county would be helping in both areas. He did also say there would be an adult in the room to be sure things were say Copacetic.

I outlined a few ways that a a shady person say with inside information could make a lot of $$ on Rootworks.

Again I was told not to worry, an adult would be in the room.

After reading the last few posts of Racine Exposed. I am very worried that as I see it, Mayor John Dickert is The Kingmaker and pulling all the strings

We know again from Racine Exposed, that the County is not much better off the the City and IMHO be in big debit too.

This will come from spending County money on on what  I see as insane projects for the Uptown, and Rootworks.

I like to know who will be the Adult in the Room and what safeguards will be in place to protect us from a massive boondoggle?

Sure am glad I am not a Farmer in Union Grove and could see massive tax increases  so pals  of Mayor John Dickert get paid.

    An Adult in the Room?

Only if they are abusing children!

    Profligate Son

“Drive into Racine, Wis. from the north and the first thing you notice are the cheap strip malls and dilapidated houses. Between fast-food joints, Cigarette City sells discounted Marlboros. Almost every storefront on State Street is boarded up. Kids on push bikes hustle passersby for coins outside a Walgreens.

But, like every company town, Johnsonville (as Racine is sometimes called) has its dark alleys. In February, without warning, eldest son Curt Johnson resigned as chairman of Johnson-owned Diversey, an industrial-cleaning firm doing $3 billion in annual sales. In March the 56-year-old was charged with”repeated sexual assault of a child” over a three-year period, involving a young girl he’d known well since she was a small child. If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison. Curt pleaded not guilty in April. Racine is holding its collective breath for the trial to begin, probably some time next year. Much stir though the scandal has caused, few Racinians are willing to talk openly about it. Lurid fascination is tempered by fear of who might be listening in.

The criminal complaint against Curt Johnson makes for a distressing read. Between 2007 and 2010 he is alleged to have molested the same young girl up to 20 times. She was 12, between the sixth and seventh grades, when it started, she told a forensic interviewer at the Racine Child Advocacy Center. The complaint veers toward the graphic, but its printable portions describe Curt as having a”touching problem” and a”sex addiction.” The child is quoted as alleging that Curt”molested” her and that”she finally told her mother about what was happening to her because she wanted to protect her younger sisters.”

The Johnsons have a family history of addiction. Sam was a very public alcoholic. He revealed his lifelong battle with the disease in a 2001 documentary; his candor was surprising enough that the Wall Street Journal ran a story on his coming-out. Sam’s mother was also a problem drinker. Her alcoholism led to the demise of her marriage.

Some locals contend that Sam protected Curt up until his death in 2004, first by sending him to Mexico, then by allowing him to run Diversey without the responsibility of representing the parent company or the family, leaving those tasks to the capable Fisk and the likable Helen.

“When you’re a parent with substance abuse issues who sees a child with the same ones, you try to help the best you can,” says a Racine resident working closely with the courts.”Then Sam dies. I can’t imagine it’s been easy for Helen and Fisk.” Six months after the criminal charges there is still no trial date. Johnson’s next court appearance is a motion hearing, perhaps to suppress evidence. His defense attorneys have already been successful in having some sections of the criminal complaint redacted, just a day after the charges were filed, claiming they jeopardized his doctor-patient confidentiality. Sources in Racine’s small legal community say the redacted portions of the complaint revealed that Curt’s young alleged victim did not turn him in. Instead, they say, he implicated himself to a staffer at an Arizona rehab center earlier this year. Health workers are legally bound to tell authorities if they suspect patients of sexually abusing a child. Curt’s defense team refuses to confirm this suggested chain of events.

    No Adults in the Room.

    Is Max Hardcore an “Adult”?

Only when he is abusing children. Does John Dickert (of questionable sexuality) treat taxpayers like adults, or children to be abused?

Max Hardcore (born Paul F. Little; August 10, 1956) is a male pornographic actor, producer, and director. He rose to prominence in 1992 with the film series The Anal Adventures of Max Hardcore.[1] His work has been classified as gonzo pornography and described as “testing the limits of acceptability”.[2] His company, Max World Entertainment, was headquartered in Altadena, California.[3]

Max Hardcore’s films generally consist of sexual acts executed by himself, with women who act like underage girls or their upset mothers,[4] with an emphasis on anal sex.[5] All of the actresses used in Little’s movies are over the legal age of 18; however, they frequently dress and act in a way as to suggest that they are younger, possibly under the age of consent. In his film Max Extreme 4, an actress, Regan Star, stated during one verbal exchange that she was 12 years old; similarly, in his film Max Extreme Schoolgirls 6, actress Mya Mason stated during one verbal exchange that she was 12 years old.[6]

The sexual situations depicted in Max Hardcore’s films frequently include acts such as urinating on his female co-stars, fisting them, or inserting specula into their anuses or vaginas and widening them to extreme degree,[7] as well as scenes wherein he forces them to vomit or blow snot into their mouths or on themselves.[8] Films by Max Hardcore often depict their director and star inflicting apparent pain and humiliation on his co-stars.[9]

Hardcore calls his own material “vile and crazy” and considers that he has been influential on the porn industry, spawning many imitators.[10]

Perhaps the question should be – Do we want criminal minded Adults from Racine in the same area as Children?

They cry in the dark, so you can’t see their tears
They hide in the light, so you can’t see their fears
Forgive and forget, all the while
Love and pain become one and the same
In the eyes of a wounded child
    Because hell
    Hell is for children
And you know that their little lives can become such a mess
    Hell is for children
And you shouldn’t have to pay for your love with your bones and your flesh

Its all so confusing, this brutal abusing
They blacken your eyes, and then apologize
Youre daddys good girl, and don’t tell mommy a thing
Be a good little boy, and you’ll get a new toy
Tell grandma you fell off the swing

    Because hell
    Hell is for children
And you know that their little lives can become such a mess
    Hell is for children
And you shouldn’t have to pay for your love with your bones and your flesh
