Will Racine be sued more?

Full employment for Lawyers in Racine!

As you may have read the Owner of Park 6 won his court case in appellate court. and has started the effort to get his bar up and running from what I understand.

All the money spent on closing this bar for NOTHING.  Better yet I understand that Mr. Homes will be suing the City over what the City did to get it closed.

How much you think? Closed for a few months lost income his legal Bills, perhaps Park 6 Landlord sues too for the back rent the City stopped him from getting?

How much would that be all together 500,000 750,000?  How can the City of Racine not know how to close a bar? Milwaukee can, other cities in the State do, why not Racine WI?

Of course The Place on 6th has the same Lawyer, he is saying if I read the paper right the City of Racine is not doing that action right.

So if The Place on 6th wins you know that Fair will sue. How much will that cost?

Does anyone have an idea how much in legal fees as Mayor John Dicker cost the City of Racine?

Sad to say there is more court battles to come! Cant you just feel it?

Hahahaha to my understanding, a formal injunction has been filed to stop this from happining. It will be interesting to see what really goes down on Monday. Irregardless, It is costing us the taxpayers thousands and thousands of unneccesary dollars. It makes me sick and the public should be outraged.

  3. Interesting to note the new visitor to the blog. More and more are seeing Racine as it is vs what Dickert wants us to believe

The city attorney should be replaced as well. His job is to correctly interpret the law to minimize lawsuits.
